Ibogaine Success Rates, Efficacy Studies and Ibogaine Central Research

You will find that many clinics and uninformed individuals will tell you that Ibogaine has a 80 percent or even 90 percent success rate, this is a sales tactic since most places only offer a 7-day treatment with Ibogaine. In 1985, Howard Lotsoff of was awarded a U.S. patent for ibogaine in opiate withdrawal. Other patents soon followed for cocaine, alcohol, nicotine, and poly substance dependence. Those patents have expired by the 90’s making the profitability with pharmaceutical companies non-existent but it then became increasingly available in alternative settings in the U.S. and Europe.
